Auction Detail: SL NO DIVISIONAL OFFICE CITY RATE PER SQUARE FEET PER MONTH (Rs.) 1 TINSUKIA DIBRUGARH 15 2 TINSUKIA JORHAT 15 3 TINSUKIA DIMAPUR 20 Escalation of 5% in yearly Signage Fee (5% on H1 rate finalized after forward auction) payable to IOCL shall be applicable. For example, Say reserve price is Rs. 15 (Exclusive of GST) per square feet per month. Say Finalized H1 rate post Forward auction is Rs. 16.50 (Exclusive of GST) per square feet of Hoarding Space per month, i.e. 10% above reserved price.
