Online Bids are invited by Regional Passport Office, Thiruvananthapuram, MEA through GeM Portal in the category of Forward Auction Notice for the auction of unserviceable E-Waste Materials / furniture items as and where basis from the authorized and eligible bidders. The items shall be sold to the Bidder who will quote the consolidated highest rates. The bids are invited for the whole lot (ie. all the items contained in the list of obsolete items as detailed at Annexure 1 & 2 as a whole) and no bid would be accepted for any part of the same. Desirous companies may download the tender document from GeM Portal. The bids will be received online through GeM Portal only in the category of Forward Auction Notice and shall be opened as per SOP of GeM.
