1.Onetime Repairing work of Hydraulic Guillotine shearing machine, Nanton Taihe (China) make Ake- United, Model No-QC11Y-16 x 4000 and Serial No- 1210043, Asset No. (5 SH/2), commissioned on 05/08/2013 to its natural normal working condition with change/repair/replacement of parts if required with a compulsory warranty of minimum 06 months for parts repaired/installed/replaced and repairing work done. 2.Repairing work for Cutting blade up & down problem, Repair of Accumulator related problems. 3.Blade tension spring damage replacement with new ones & other repairing work. 4.All basic Electrical & Mechanical servicing work just like control wiring, limit switch fixing, sensor fixing, stud fixing, locking pin fixing, alignment Balancing, hydraulic cylinder service, accumulator cylinder service work. 5.All limit switch work some replace with new, some repairable. 6.Locking pin repairing work if more damage, then replacement with new. 7.Stud repairing work, if more damage then replacement with new, high quality 8.Cleaning work of Shearing machine. 9.Lubrication/ Greasing / oiling of all required parts for continuous working of machine. 10.Activities mentioned above are indicative and can vary depending on the prevailing conditions to ensure trouble free working of above said machine. 11.After Rectification, the machine to be run for trial for atleast 10 working days (both 2 shifts) for outturn of machine shop.
