HIS TENDER IS FLOATED FOR FOR CIVIL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL WORKS FORDEVELOPMENT OF NEW RETAIL OUTLETS AND MODERNISATION OF EXISITNG RETAILOUTLETS UNDER COIMBATORE RETAIL RO.FINANCIAL LIMIT OF THE ORDER IS 600 LACSJob shall be offered to four bidders in the Ratio 40 : 30 : 20 : 10.Tenders received without EMD DECLARATION ON LETTER HEAD will be rejected.CPBG CLAUSE: HPCL has the discretion to seek CPBG for 3 percent of PO valuefrom successful bidders. Arbitration Clause 14 (14.1 to 14.11) of General Terms and conditionsof workscontract stands deleted. Post submission of Bids, Bidder shall not be allowed to furnish any new experience details not included in experience list furnished in their Bid. Bidders are requested to submit all qualification details along with relevant supporting authenticated documents at the first instance itself. However, HPCL also reserves the right to seek clarification OR additional document for completing evaluation, if so required.
