NICMAR invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced, reputed Architects/ Firms to prepare Master Plan/Designing of Academic and Residential Campus with necessary infrastructure facilities. The project aims to expand and develop a self-contained and sustainable campus to house academic, skills and innovation hub, residential for staff, students, and executive education with associated amenities and facilities. Interested firms should have relevant experience in Institutional Master planning, Liaison with Authorities, designing of campuses, Interiors, and project management. They should have a team of in-house qualified professionals with expertise in Master planning, Liaison works, Architecture, Structural Design Engineering, MEP, Interiors & Project/Contract management. Firms must have an average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs.500 Lakhs during the last three consecutive years ending 31st March 2025.
