Replacement of Fabric & Pleated ï¬lter bags at Fume Extraction System 1 & 2., Qty: 768 numbers (Fabric ï¬lter bag =528 nos. + Pleated ï¬lter bag=240 nos.) 1. Removal of top covers, pulsing jet pipes 2. Fabric/Pleated ï¬lter bag assemblies 3. Thorough cleaning of bag house hoppers 4. Removal of cages from fabric ï¬lter bags 5. Fitment of new fabric ï¬lter bags and cages after repair 6. Fitment of new pleated ï¬lter bag/ de-dusting by manually tapping the bag then thorough cleaning the surface by compressed air and ï¬tment 7. Fitment of pulsing jet pipes and covers 8.
