(i) Machining the portion mentioned in enlarged section at AA on both sides of cope retainers as per RWF's Drawing No.WAP/SK/MW-386 length 1422.4 width 152, depth 12 mm.(ii) Drilling on both side (Bottom side potion ) of Cope retainer (AA) -14 mm dia (14 Nos on each side ) as per RWF drawing No.WAP/SK/MW-386 alt Nil(iii) New wear plate requirement as per RWF drawing No.WAP/SK/MW-386 alt Nil(a)Length -1422.4 x width 150 x thickness 12 mm, M12 tapped holes (14 Nos) should be jigged, drilled and tapped in position on wear plate.(b) Expansion slots should be provided in wear plate as shown in drawing (6 Nos)(c) Material requirement for wear plate - MS IS: 2062 as per RWF drawing No. WAP/SK/MW-386 Alt Nil. (2 Nos wear plate required for each Cope retainer)(iv) Fixing of wear plate in cope retainers with hexagonal head screw of M12 (11 Nos on each side of cope retainers ), 3 Nos of CSK screw to suit M12 Hexagonal socket on each side.
