1.EAF charging : a)Loading graphite powder bags, loading/unloading of calcine lime bags into calcined lime jumbo bags and hooking the jumbo bag. b)Hooking and releasing of clam shell charging bucket while discharging scrap to furnace. c)Leveling of scrap discharged into furnace, normally with crane help. if required manually depending on situation. 2.Slag pot clearing: a)Shifting of slag pot cutout platform with the help of crane. b)Slinging the slag pot to lift from slag pit. c)After emptying of slag pot, again placing in the slag pit. d)Placing of slag pot cutout platform over the slag p i t . e)Addition of crushed raw dolomite to slag pot. 3.Shifting of consumables: Shifting of consumables like Graphite powder, graphite granules, crushed raw dolomite, ferro alloys, ramming mass, lancing pipes, 20mm rod for Al. star plunging, steel rabbles and sampling spoons to working area near furnace. Rates are inclusive of GST
