Thermocouple
N Type Thermocouple, duplex element, mineral insulated, the element dimension should not be less than 1mm. In 700mm long tube (of which outer dia. should not be less than 19mm and more than 2 6mm) with adjustable flange and cast aluminum head with junction box. The outer protection sheath shall be KER610 double tube, non-metallic of minimum thickness of 2mm each. The tube shall be protected by s uitable SS tube for a length of 150mm from junction box end, with temperature tolerance of+/- 3% upto 40 0 deg C and +/- 0.75%above 400 deg C as per IS 7358 latest. Manufacturing batch certificate for KER 610 t ube to be supplied. The thermocouple shall be supplied along with calibration certificate from the laborator y accredited to the National standards and the calibration point shall be at 700deg C, 800deg C, 900deg C, 1000 deg C and 1100 deg C Required Make:-Heatcon/ZIPL/ MTC/ HONEYWELL/ TIPL/ TEMPSENS/ TOSHNIWA L SENSORS PVT.
