N" Type Thermocouple, duplex element, mineral insulated, the element dimension shall be not less than 1mm. In 600mm long tube of dia 19mm complete with adjustable flange and cast Alu minium head with junction box. The outer protection sheath shall be KER 610 double tube, non-metalli c of minimum thickness of 2mm each.The tube shall be protected by suitable SS tube for a length of 1 50mm from junction box end, with temperature tolerance of +/-3% upto 400 deg C and +/- 0.75% abov e 400 deg C as per IS 7358 latest. Manufacturing batch certificate for KER 610 tube to be supplied. Th e thermocouple shall be supplied along with calibration certificate from the laboratory accredited to th e National standards and the calibration point shall be at 700deg C, 800deg C, 900deg C, 1000 deg C an d 1100deg C . Warranty:6 Months from the date of installation or 12 months from the date of supply a gainst any manufacturing defects. [ Warranty Period: 12 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
