To check and verify all the relevant data/documents and to prepare/to assist PLW/Patiala in preparing and submission of the following forms after the completion of PAT cycle- VII & VIIA on 31.03.2025. 1. Form- I/A: Performance Assessment Documents (to assist) 2. Form B: Certificate of verification (to prepare and submit). 3. Form D: Compliance of energy consumption Norms & documents (to assist). The Accredited Energy Auditor (AEA) is to ensure that these forms are ready and available to PLW/Patiala for submission to BEE well in advance to target date fixed by BEE as per M&V guidelines (Issued by BEE) by preparing from B and assisting PLW/PTA in preparing from A & D. Note: (i) The firm/Company should be an BEE Empanelled Accredited Energy Auditing Firms (EmAEA) for verification/check verification under perform, Achieve and Trade PAT Cycle-VII & VIIA for Railways. (ii) Verification / submission / preparation of any other relevant data/documents, though specifically not mentioned here, but concerned with PAT Cycle-VII & VIIA, or advised by BEE or PEDA even after allotment of this work will be considered in the scope of this contract and the firm will comply with the same within quoted rates no extra payment will be made for this work. In addition above M&V audit will be carried out as per scope of work for Monitoring &Verification for production unit as per part-B of Annexure-C, of BEE letter no.NMEEE-11021/2/2023-BEE/080 dated:07 april 2025.
