MODIFIED 10" PITCH (254 MM) CHAIN FOR FLIGHT ROLLER CONVEYOR TO WAP DRAWING NO .792064610560 alt.9 WITH 14 SUB DRAWINGS" AS FURNISHED IN THE ABOVE DRAWING. SPECIAL CONDITI ONS: 1 Tenderer should be in the line of manufacturing industrial chain and shall have in house facilities to manufacture and test the manufactured chain However heat treatment process can be out sourced. 2.Raw material for chain manufacturing shall be procured through reputed sources M/s SAIL, TISCO, ISP&T, ISMT, J INDAL, MSL, KALYANI OR TATA and the documents for having procured the raw material from the above sou rces to be furnished at the time of inspection. 3. Material test certificate for all the components of the chain shall be furnished at the time of inspection. 4. Heat Treatment process to be done in sealed quench furnac e. 5. Link plates to be blackened before assembly. 6. All chains to be subjected to pre-loading upto 1/3 of t he breaking load. 7. The tenderer shall produce documentary evidence for having manufactured and succe ssfully supplied industrial conveyor chains to RWF/RWP or any other organization. 8. The chain shall be coa ted with Anticorrosive coating after assembly of chain before packing. 9.The chain shall be covered with thi ck polythene sheet and packed in wooden pallets.
