Miscellaneous maintenance works of mechanized cleaning and sanitation (Upkeeping) of DRM office complex and its premises, TRD office, DETS, TM office, etc. at Sambalpur for 24 months for the year 2025-27.
Hiring of Tractor with trolley for collection, transportation, & disposal of solid waste to the nearest nominated SMC dumping yard/ground at Jamadarpali. 01 driver and 02 labourers along with the tractor, trolley, and necessary tools should report to SSE(Works)/Settl/SBP at 0700 hrs. Necessary repairs, road permissions, road & toll taxes, etc., have to be managed by the contractor at his own cost. Disinfection of dustbins/dirty area/dead body lying area after disposal by bleaching powder/phenyl is to be done by the contractor. (Note:- The rate includes the cost of services of operating staff, the Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil, other consumables for running the plant and machinery, GST, and Contractor's profit. The hire charges of tractor with trolley on per per-day basis are for a single shift of eight working hours.)
