Mild steel, Zinc coated safety wire designed to support the load of a ceiling fan (i.e. 5-6 kgs) 1200/1400 mm sweep, safety wire dia 1.4 (+/-0.1) mm, having 12 to 19 strands, length 666 +/- 5 mm as p er IS: 302 part 2, section 80, 2017 with latest amendments. Ultimate tensile strength of the wire should be 20 times the fan weight (120 kg./ Per minute minimum). Fan safety wires should consist of 2 Nos. U type cla mp & 1 No. L type clamp. The wires and associated clamps must be rustproof to ensure longevity and reliab le performance. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
