Qualifying Requirements :Party shall meet the following criteria:1. The bidder should be Manufacturer or FDA authorized dealer/distributor of the medicine.2. Pharmaceutical company/Manufacturer should have ISO/GMP or State/Central drug control authorities certificate. Valid certificate copy duly stamped and signed to be submitted at the time of tender.3. Rate, packing & manufacturer's name should be clearly mentioned in the offer.4. ATR (Analysis Test Report) for medicines should be submitted at the time of supply.5. If any item is found to be substandard on physical examination (viz. Appearance, packing etc.) or fails standard Analysis Test, the entire defective batch must be replaced without extra cost.
