Description : Med-73(Rev.): X-Ray Department Envelope. Finished size 35.5x29 cms (Plus minus 2 mm tolerance) Paper cover green 150 GSM, conforming to IS: 6956/1973 or latest. The envelope to be printed in Hindi & English bilingual in single color, one side as per specimen. Binding: Envelop to be fabricated as per specimen and to be supplied in the bundle of 250 envelopes each. The art work for printing and sample complete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. Packing- To be packed in suitable size corrugated carton boxes of 05 ply, containing 02 bundles each of 250 envelopes. Packing slip must be pasted on carton box indicating PO no., Particulars of item, quantity and box number etc. as per Specn. As mention in description above
