BOQ Item Description: Material and Labour for comprehensive maintenece and servicing of Split type Air conditioner Window type unit of any capacity upto 2 TON outer and inner unit both of any make including cleaning the dust from body with blower cleaning of condenser and cooling coil checking all connections including functioning of metal clad socket and DP switch function of relay capacitors overload protector thermostat fan motor fan and blower drum electronic contol box etc oiling and greasing of fan motor checking serviceability cleaning of the air filter woolen felt and refixing ensuring for air tighting complete repair and replacement of warn out and unserviceable spares including taking down and refixing transportation to and from workshop if required and refixing it in its original place after fully servicing including testing and commissioning all as specified
Note Spares parts replaced shall be measured and paid under saperate item
