Item Description: The machine should be able to test the bituminous samples for Marshall stability, indirect tensile strength, retained Marshall stability according to ASTM D1559, ASTM D4123, and AASTHO T283 respectively. The machine should also able to test California Bearing Ratio test and Unconfined compressive strength test on soils. The equipment should consists • Variable speed motor to test on soil and bituminous samples. • Load is measured by an electric cell 50 kN capacity with high precision strain transducers; Complete with supports and accessories for load measurements. • Deformation is measured by an electronic displacement transducer 50 mm stroke and ± 0.1%linearity. Complete with supports and accessories for strain measurements. • Set of two linear resistivity transducers, stroke 10 mm, accuracy and linearity +/- 0.3%.
