This platform will primarily serve homeowners, mid-market developers, and contractors seeking to comply with green housing standards—particularly those required by green lending programs facilitated by financial institutions.Given the large market segment of low-income homeowners and self-builders who often struggle to access relevant information on green products, MGEM seeks to bridge this gap by offering a location-aware, multilingual, mobile-first marketplace. The platform will provide transparent, verified information on product performance, costs, suppliers, and financing options, supporting developers, homeowners, and contractors in adopting sustainable building solutions.
