Manufacture and supply of 6400mm Curved Switch with ZU-1-60/60E1A1 Thick- Web Tongue Rails and Anti Creep Device for 1 in 8.5 turnout BG (1673mm) for 60 kg (UIC)/60E1A1 on PSC sleepers complete with all fittings for 1 in 8.5, BG 60 Kg. turnout for fan shaped layout on PSC Sleepers i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per sub assembly No.T-9775, upto Alt-01 [with latest alteration issued by RDSO up to the date of closing of tender] in accordance with RDSO's standard drawing No.T-9774 [with latest alterations issued by RDSO up to the date of closing of tender] excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts, Elastic Rail Clips and Insulating Liners . Note:- Asymetrical ZU-I-60 / 60E1A1 rails for tongue rail will be arranged by vendors at his own cost as per conditions stipulated in the Special Conditions of Contract. There will not be any free rail supply to the manufacturer/tenderer from Railway side. It will be the responsibility of manufacturer to purchase inspected and certified rails by IR's inspecting agency for procuring of Stock rail directly from the manufacturer against PO on commercial terms. The responsibility to procure rails will solely lie with the manufacturer. All the items have to be supplied considering the modification/alteration vide RDSO's letter No. CT/PTX/TWS/Design Dated 13.10.2023.
