Item Description: Outsourcing of round the clock services (including Sunday and holiday) for complete operation for screw type chiller air conditioning plant air cooled (3x110 TR) complete at sonabouy AC plant/ installation including its periodical maintenance as mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (A) SONABOUY AC PLANT (a) Refrigeration Mechanic (Skilled) - 3 Nos (01 No per shift) for 3 shifts. (b) Each shift shall be of 08 hrs. (B) DETAILS OF PLANT (i) Water cooled screw chiller type compressor 110 TR x 03 Nos (02 working + 01 standby) (Make: Voltas) (ii) 160 TR FRP cooling tower (Make: Delta) (02 Nos) (iii) 26000 CFM capacity AHU (03 Nos) (iv) Split casing pump it Motor Base Frame of 15 HP for condenser water circulation (Make: Kirlosker) (03 Nos) (v) Pan type Humidifier (Make: Rapid cool) (03 Nos) (vi) LT Electrical panels - 02 Nos Note: (i) Work shall be in three shifts of 8 hours by employing manpower for the entire system, maintaining necessary records and documents complete. (ii) Details of shift for deployment of operators will be given by the Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month.
