Item Title: Man Power 4
Item Description: Outsourcing of services for operation of DG Set installation round the clock (including Sunday and Holiday) at SICK BAY (Sub- station - I) as mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (A). SICK BAY S/S I (a) FGM ( Skilled) - 03 Nos ( 01 No per shift) for 3 shifts per day. (b) Each shift shall be 08 hours as directed. DETAILS OF PLANTS (i) Diesel Generating set 62.5 KVA Capacity, Make:Kirloskar Cummins -1 No (ii) Diesel Generating set 30 KVA Capacity, Make:Kirloskar Cummins -1 No Notes for srl item No. 1 to 5 (i) Diesel for DG Sets will be issued by department as free for filling only from MTsection / MES store yard.Arakkonam No transport and labour will be provided by department for shifting of POL and the Contractor shall arrange labour, Transport, materials, tools and operating staffs etc., for collection and shifting of POL to the sites. (ii) Operator must be skilled and must have knowledge of Operation and general maintenance of DG Sets and attending minor faults whenever arise. (iii) Operator must have knowledge to maintain the daily log sheet as per proforma for DG Set. Rate qouted includes supply of necessary by log sheets as per profarma given by Engg-in-charge. (iv) The Contractor/Operator must ensure the cleanliness in and around the surrounding of installation complete, The amount of Rs. 500/- for each installation will be recovered for Non-cleaning of installation etc. (v) Generator is to be operated during power failure from supply agency( TNEB) or as and when required by user/Department. Supply and fix for MCB TP 40-63 A, 50Hz, 415 Volts, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Legrand/ L&T/ Siemens (Refer Sch "A" Notes for further Notes)
