Description : 1.Shifting of One Stoplog Element from Stoplog Groove Area to Top of the Dam for Accommodating Repair Works by Utilising Two Numbers of 40T Capacity Crane Including Crane Hire Charges, Including Necessary Lifting Tackles and other Arrangements. 2.Dismantling of Existing Stoplog Elements Including Cost of all Consumables Tools and Tackles and Stacking Dismantled Parts Near Garden Area of Bp Dam Etc. 3.Repair of Stop Log Element at Bp Dam Consisting of Repair / Replacement of Skin Plate Horizontal and Vertical Girders Stiffeners Lifting Pins Bronze Padded Slide Blocks Guide Shoes Rubber Seals Clamps Etc with all Accessories for Spillway Including Cost of all Materials Machinery Labour Cutting Aligning Welding Finishing Cleaning Applying One Coat of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer and Three Coats of Cold Applied Coal Tar Epoxy Paint to Complete to Stop Log Element New Seal Fixing Etc. Complete as Per Specifications and Approved Drawings with Lead up to 1 Km and all Lifts for Structural Steel Components and all Leads and Lifts Including Packing and Forwarding Charges for other Materials at Bp Dam.-11.39Mt. Steel Consumption will be Considered as Per Actual Quantity Utilised in Repair Works. 4. over Hauling of Four Numbers of Roller Assembly and Four Numbers of Side Guide Shoes. 5.
