BOQ Item Description: Maintenance (including the cost of consumables, cleaning material (oil, grease, duster, cotton waste etc) of Complete heating system including existing 3 no. of 400000 Kcal and 02 nos. 200000 Kcal HSD fired Hot water generators and accessories i.e. heating pipe line including FCUs installed at airport, as recommended and instructed by Engineer-in- charge for maintaining the system in acceptable, operational and serviceable working condition for following complete all as required. (A mandatory weekly visit in airport by deployment of a technician for Preventive maintenance and attending any number of breakdowns)
