BOQ Item Description: Maintenance & Service of Addressable Two/One-loop Honeywell make fire alarm systems comprising detection control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, response indicators, manual call points, control modules, circuit isolators, hooters including associated wiring installed in Terminal Building, ATS Building, Sub-station and Fire Station. The work includes periodical checking/testing, servicing, replacement of battery(s) of fire panels, attending breakdown calls excluding cost of spares as detailed in the special conditions of the contract, particular specification etc. complete as required.
(Note- Agency has to provide Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/ OEMs Service Dealers for quarterly service visit for complete check of fire alarm and detection system and rectification of all type of faults including software up-dation as per OEMs Standards etc complete as required and quarterly service reports to be submitted.)
