Item Description: Carry out 20000 hourly routines on Turbochargers (Make-ABB, Model-TPL65-A30) of Port and Stbd main engine as per maintops Sl no.01E008B through OEM/PAC Firm (CGSMA letter 364 dated 20 Jun 18 is relevant). The routines also include HATs/ SATs as per OEM/PAC Firm recommendations. Scope of routines comprises as follows. Spares CG supply. PAC firm: M/s ABB India Ltd (i) 20000H-38:Disassemble turbochargers (ii) 20000H-39: Measure clearances (Axial, radial & worm limit of radial & axial bearings) (iii) 20000H-40:Clean the turbine and compressor wheels and inspect for damages (iv) 20000H-41: Clean the turbine and compressor casing & Inspect for any cracks or corrosion (v) 20000H-42:Clean bearing casing and blow air through oil ports (vi) 20000H-43: Clean nozzle ring & check for cracks and erosion (vii) 20000H-44: Inspect and assess bearing parts and rotor (viii) 20000H-45: Replace plain bearings with original parts from M/s ABB Turbo System Carry out following refit/alternate refit routines on Port and Stbd main engine systems/subassemblies as per maintops Sl no.01E008B through OEM/PAC Firm (CGSMA letter 364 dated 20 Jun 18 is relevant). The routines also include HATs/ SATs as per OEM/PAC Firm recommendations. Scope of routines comprises as follows. Firm to carry job in association with PAC firm, PAC firm - M/s Kongsberg, Mumbai Spares-CG supply.
