Item Description: Carry out 4000 hourly routines on DA No. 1, 2, 3 and 4. Spares CG supply. (i)           Check engine protection devices (ii)          Clean air starting motor lubricator bowl (iii)        Inspect crank shaft vibration damper (iv)        Check engine mounts for proper tightening torque (v)          Inspect turbocharger compressor housing (Inlet side). (vi)        Inspect the auxiliary water pump for leakage and overhaul, only if required. (vii)       Inspect/adjust engine valve lash (viii)      Inspect/Adjust engine fuel injectors (ix)        Inspect cam shaft roller followers Spares-CG supply. Material-firm supply. Firm to undertake Load test to be carried out as per ship-s load.
