Item Description: Operation and Maintenance of entire metering Systems including running of server by emplyoing min 1 trained skilled personnelsin GE office shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM (Except on Sunday & Holidays) after compltion of work for 12 Months. The duties shall also include:- (a) Managing Vending Station activities like coupon generation, meter recharge etc. (b) Rectifying any problem that may occur in the network and co-ordinating for smooth functioning of the system. (c) Deploying all measures for corrective actions as and when required (d) Acting as a link between MES Users and the parent company providing the metering system. (e) Providing hands on training to the MES personnel as and when required. (f) Collecting cash, online payment details etc and handing over to MES designated officer. (g) To provide any other associated technical support. (h) Running and maintaining server. Note: This item shall be operative on declaring all meters commisioned.
