BOQ Item Description: M & L for Boring of horizontal hole under road, pavement, hardstanding suitable for passing through up to 80 mm bore, complete all as specified.
Note (i) One run of boring of horizontal hole will be measured as one unit length.
(ii) All the precaution to be taken by the contractor before drilling the bore. The contractor has to take plan of existing cables any type and pipe line in existing area before drilling the bore.
(iii) Any damage to existing cables any type and pipe line in the way of drilling the bore will be repaired and make good by the contractor. No extra cost will be paid on this account.
(iv) Contractor has to get the survey of route, length and depth for boring before quoting the rate.
