Lubrication of rubber 'O' rings, seal and rubber components in C3W/C3W2 type brake system distributor valve.Molykote 55 O-Ring grease ( Dupont) or M/s ASV Multichemse Pvt. Ltd. 655 silicon grease or equivalent . Some parameters are as under 1:- Composition : Silicon oil, Ester and lithium soap . 2:- Density : 0.95 to 0.98 g/cm3. 3:- NLGI consistency class-Approx 2, 4:- Temprature : (a) Service temprature -65 to 175 degree centigrade (b) Drop point -215 to 220 degree centigrade 5:- Oxidation Resistance, Pressure drop 100hr, 99 degree centigrade 0.1, BAR 6:- Worked penetration :265-295 mm/10. NOTE:- Firm will be offered rate per kg, but material supply in packing of each tube in 100 grams.
