Item Title: Lub Oil Separator 1 & 2 (M/S Alfa Laval)
Item Description: Overhaul 02 in no Lub Oil Purifier control panel 1& 02 with DCU 41X. Overhauling includes cleaning of all contactor of starter panel. Calibration of 04 overload relay (02 Each). Functional checks for high pressure (PS41), Low pressure oil (PS42), MVI Oil feed, Sealing/displacement water (SV10) opening & closing water (SV15&16), No Oil flow and alarm trip PT 100 (TT1 &2) to be carried out. Renew defective components. Starter to be proved for satisfactory operation on completion of overhauling with motor. Carry out functional check of Low & High level alarm of tank with operation of 3-way Electro valve. Calibration certificate with limits to be handed over to Ship.
