Item Description: Carry out the overhauling/following refit routines on the Lub oil centrifuge. Material and spares Firm supply. (i) Dismantle and check separator internal components such as threads of inlet pipe, Upper paring disc, Lock ring, housing and frame hood, Bowl hood, Top disc, Oil paring disc, Level ring, Bowl discs, Distributor, Distributing cone, nozzle in bowl body, Sliding bowl bottom, discharge mechanism, Bowl body, Bowl spindle cone and Bowl body nave and Operating mechanism and renew parts as necessary. (ii) Check height of paring disc, disc stack pressure, galling of guide surface, corrosion, erosion, and cracks. (iii) Clean and inspect oil mist fan, oil pump, water tank, pump sleeves, bowl spindle and ball bearing housing indentations. (iv) Check radial wobble of bowl spindle. (v) Clean oil sump, oil filling device and change the oil (vi) Replace electrical motor bearings. (vii) Clean and inspect friction coupling (viii) Check attachment and legibility, safety level on hood, other signs and level. (ix) Overhaul Lub oil feed pump (Rotary Gear PP, RCNX100S, 25 L/M @1.8 M3/H, 02, AER & MER) and change worn out parts. Overhaul complete separator units. (x) Overhaul and Carry out functional check of 3/2 way valve and air & water solenoid valve block (xi) Calibrate 06 each system gauges and pressure switches. (xii) Flat belt, friction elements, seal and bearings in bottom part to be renewed. (xiii) Complete servicing of coupling of bearing from intermediate part and renewal of frame feet. Spares- CG supply. Material- firm supply.
