LT Shaft & Wheel Complete Assembly enclosed with pedestals having greasing provision and flange, suitable for EOT Crane, Make: SMACO, Capacity: 20/3 Ton, Serial No. 4/20/2006 & 5/20/2006. Assem bly consists of shaft, wheel, bearings, pedestal, flange and all associated Item as per attached List & drawi ng. Govt/NABL accredited laboratory test certificate for material composition and mechanical properties sh all be submitted along with the supply at the time of dispatch. MATERIAL- EN-19(Shaft), C55 Mn 75 (Wheel) MAKESMACO/ARA/SIMILAR. Warranty- 12 Months from date of Supply. Remarks: 1.Firm shall submit at least one CRN/Work Order of such/similar item supplied for Crane in Indian Railways . 2.Assembly shall be suitabl e for SMACO EOT Crane of 20/3 Ton capacity. 3.Assembly shall consist of shaft, wheel, bearings, pedestal, fl ange, and all associated items as per attached list( Annexure-A) & drawing (02 sets). 4.Firm shall visit the s ite before supplying the material to take exact dimensions of shaft, wheel, and associated items. 5.Vendor shall arrange his representative at the time of fitment at the consignee%u2019s premises.
