BOQ Item Description: Item Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Refrigerant Drain Piping System for VRV VRF AC System Scope of Work I Supply laying of copper refrigerant piping hard soft drawn of required sizes with nitrile rubber insulation thickness 95mm to 413mm as per capacity site layout II Supply laying of PVC condensate drain piping 32mm 25mm dia with proper thermal insulation III Supply laying of control communication wiring 2 core x 10 sqmm flexible cable in PVC conduit casing with saddles supports including termination between indoor and outdoor units IV Lifting shifting positioning installation of indoor and outdoor units as per approved layout V Dry Nitrogen pressure testing and vacuuming of copper refrigerant lines VI Commissioning of VRV VRF system including topping up of R410A refrigerant gas as required ecofriendly refrigerant VII Supply and use of N2 gas for pressure testing leak detection along with flushing of refrigerant lines VIII Final system testing commissioning and handing over to the department
