LOW MAINTENANCE LEAD ACID STATIONARY SECONDARY CELL 2V 80 AH WITH HARD RUBBE R CONTAINER WITH ACCESSORIES INTER CELL CONNECTORS, NUTS BOLTS AND WASHERS, MICRO POROU S CERAMIC VENT PLUG IN DRY AND UNCHARGED CONDITION, CONFORMING TO RDSO. SPECIFICATION IRS- S-88/2004 WITH LATEST AMENDMENTS. A wall mounting type "Tool Board" of suitable material and protect ed against acid fumes shall be supplied along with set of 12 Nos. each battery. The tool board shall compri se: i) One Syringe for adding or taking out electrolyte from the cells. ii) One Syringe type Hydrometer of req uisite range for measuring the specific gravity of electrolyte in the cells .This shall be provided with a gradu ated Scale, on division of which representing at the most 0.005 unit of specific gravity with accuracy of cali bration not less than 0.005 units of specific gravity. iii) One cell- testing -voltmeter, 0-3V of accuracy, class 0.5 in accordance with IS:1248-1968.The resistance of the Voltmeter shall be 1000 ohms/Volt. iv) One Ther mometer with an appropriate scale for measuring temperature of electrolyte .One division of graduated sca le of the thermometer shall represent at the most 1deg.C, the accuracy of calibration being not less than 0. 5deg.C.
