The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)organizes events, meetings, and outreach activities that often require catering services. These services must include the provision of food and beverages, as well as temporary infrastructure such as tents and dining facilities to accommodate guests in both indoor and outdoor settings. A qualified andexperienced vendor to provide comprehensive catering services for FAO events, including tenting, equipment, food preparation, and service delivery.Interested vendors should submit the following documents:• Company profile.• Detailed service proposal including menus and setup options.• Pricing structureas per above requirements (per head/per event basis) following the guidelines "3.2 Documents Demonstrating Compliance with the Mandatory Requirements " in ITB document.• Proof of relevant certifications and licenses such as GST certificate, PAN card copy.• Past performance proofs such as contractcopy, PO copy, or review letter.• All other documents mentioned in ITBKindly read the complete ITB document carefully.Refer to the attached Long-term agreement template to agree with the terms andconditions.
