Item Description: 1. Capacity: Approximately 20KL 2. Configuration: Vertical 3. Inner Vessel maximum allowable working pressure; 10 kgs/sq.cm. 4. Inner Vessel hydro test pressure; more than 14 kgs/sq.cm 5. Outer vessel material: Carbon steel 6. The Vaporizer Coil shall meet the following requirements: a. Maximum operating pressure: 20 kgs/sq.cm b. Design pressure: 22 kgs/sq cm c. Pneumatic test pressure: more than 24 kgs/sq.cm d. Inlet Temp: -196 to + 40 Deg. C. 7. The firm should have best operational practices and should provide global Safety features in line with current standards. 8. Safety features like double audio visual alarm All formalities for installation of the tank like Chief Controller of Explosives (CCE) clearance, foundation, fencing, third party clearance & any other formality is firm-s responsibility & should be included in the price bid. The LMO storage tank shall be of 20 KL capacity with Vaporizer of appropriate size to maintain supply of Oxygen to the central pipeline without any pressure drop (minimum 60 PSI), having safety features as per International standards, along with adequate capacity regulators. The firm should mention one single rate for the supply of LMO Tank/ Cryo Tank, including installation, Commissioning, maintenance for next 5 years from the date of installation and any other charges like facility charges of the vessel, transportation, explosive licensing for the above mentioned maintenance period etc. in their price bid.
