Item Description: Supplying and Installation of External Lighting Automatic control panel for switching street lights in powder coated CRCA 14/16 SWG sheet, three phase, 415 Volts consisted of suitable rating contactor, 24 Hrs. Digital / Astronomical time switch, TPN MCB 63 Amp, Auto/ manual selector switch, ON/OFF push buttons, indicator lamps, control wiring, metering device, etc. for automatic operation & over current, short circuit, earth fault protection of street lights up to the max load of 5KW to be mounted on M.S. Frame welded to structure / grouted in wall. The M.S. frame should be painted with 2 Coats of Zinc chromate primer & 2 Coats of enamel paint. Incoming: 1 no. 63 Amps 4P MCB with three phase indicating light shall be protected 2A SP MCBs. Bus bars: 100 Amp TPN Aluminium bus bar with heat coloured shrinkable insulation sleeve. Outgoing: 2 nos. three phase bank each comprising of 1no. 32Amp 100mA FP ELCB incoming with 32A ON position latched contactor and 24 hours program timer for operation of incoming. Note:- i) The cost of panel and hardware etc. is included in the scope of work
