(i) Safe working load of 14 tons (ii) Running load of 21 tons (iii) Static load of 28 tons (b) Record Volt/Amps/Speed parameters of Davit and associated systems during load test. Record load test details. (c) After completion of test, examine the complete Davits and associated lifting gear for flaws, distortions, deflections e.t.c Suspected flaws must be examined by Dye penetrant test. Record results of test and examination.
