BOQ Item Description: Ladder should be delivered on size as completed as per drawing and detial specification mentioned below. Stair case steps (22 Nos) will be made from MS angle 40 x 40 x 6mm. Each step shall be fabricated from MS angle by joining 2 Nos x 800mm long and 2Nos x 305mm width. 04 Nos x 800mm long MS Flat 40 x 6 mm shall be welded over each steps for treads and 01 x 305mm long MS Flat shall be welded at bottom of each step at centre along width. 2 Nos x 250mm long MS Flats shall be welded with each steps (at bottom end of steps) to bottom rail for supports at stair ends. The ladder will be 6.6 m in length. The height of railing shall be 75 cm. The hand rail for railing will be made of 50mm dia MS Round pipe. The vertical members of each railing will be made up 32mm dia MS round pipe of lt grade steel fixed with main stair angle by means of cleats of 100 x 60 x 6mm (Sketch R). The end of stair case will be grouted with 04 x Bolts of 20 mm x 250mm on ground. Stair case shall be fixed with obsn post by using MS plates, nut, bolts and steel washer.
