Item Description: Providing & Placing GreenPro certified kind size bed.Overall size:Length207.6cm Width-189.9cm Bed Height44.5cm.Material:Bed structure consist of metal frames made of ERW square pipes 25mm &1.2mm thickness &CRCA channels in 1.0mm thickness as per IS 513.Mattress frames made of combination of ERW 25mm & 19mm square pipe in1.2mm thickness and HR angle of 5mm thk.All metal frames are powder coated with thickness of 50 microns(+/-10).Headboard, footboard and side panels are made in 18mm prelaminated partical board.Bottom storage panels are made of25mm thick prelaminated partical board.All the 18mm thick prelaminated particle board panels are provided with PVC edge banding.lift up mechanism is of ebco.KD fitting and dowels are of hettich.9mm prelaminated partical board with PVC banding is provided under the mattress.Construction knock down construction. Packets:1 bed base in 5 packets.NCHANT HEADBOARD Overall size:1899mm(l) 36mm(w) 600(h).Material The headboard rear panels is in 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, while the front panel is 18mm MDF with CNC routing and finished with PU paint. Both the panels are joined together with the metal inset and m6 screws from behind.All the prelaminated particle board panels are provided with PVC edge banding.The complete assembly of the headboard is assembled with the bed structure using the 25mm square M.S ERW metal pipes in 1.2mm thickness.The metal frames are powder coated with thickness of 50 microns (+/-10).Construction:knock down construction.
