BOQ Item Description: Combination of blue, red, and golden colors with golden jhallar crafted from premium satin silk fabric including Assam Police badge.

Dimensions (Indicative) Parameter Specification- Total length of Kamarbandh 150-180 cm (as per size requirement) Width of Kamarbandh 8-12 cm Thickness 3-5 mm approx. Jhallar fringe drop 8-12 cm Jhallar width 10-15 cm (approx.) Tolerance plus minus 5 percemt Design and Construction Kamarbandh shall be designed for wearing around the waist over ceremonial uniform. Shall have a neat ceremonial appearance with proper stiffness and shape retention. Jhallar shall be attached securely at the designated end portion. Decorative fringe shall be evenly arranged and symmetrical. Design shall match the approved departmental ceremonial pattern. Jhallar Specification Fringe yarn shall be smooth, uniform, and securely fixed. Jhallar shall not shed, loosen, or fray during normal ceremonial use. Decorative metallic thread-zari shall have uniform finish. No uneven length, missing strands, or visible defects. Workmanship Stitching shall be strong, neat, and uniform.
