Opening the bucket from the vehicle and fixing it back after the fwg works (a) S/F of side cutter centre cutter double flange-2&4 nos, fixing kit (pivot pin, nut-bolt, washers etc-1 Set, spacer lockint-06 Nos & washers self locking and anti vibration type-6 Nos. 2. Dismantling theshovel from the vehicle and refixing it back after the folowing works. (a) S/F of shovel clam-01 Nos, shovel piviot pin -2 Nos, toe plate-1 Nos & Spring bush metallic type-4Nos. 3. Dismantling the hydraulic oil tank from the vehicle and refixng it back after following repairs (a) S/F hydraulic tube filter-2Nos, Cover plate of hydraulic tank-01 Nos & Washing the tank with suitable chemical and replacing plug tapered magnetic, gasket, rivet nut blind, filter cap gauge slide and fixing it back.-1 Job. 4. Dismantling the cooling system (radiator) from the JCB and re fixing it back after the following works 5. Taking down the pump fuel injection from the JCB and fixing it back to JCB after repairs. (a) S/F of solenoid switch-2 Nos, plunzers -02 Nos, of delivery valves-02 Nos, Governor set-1 Set, fuel injection pump bush-02 Nos & throttle lever-01 Nos. 6. Taking down the diesel tank from the JCB and refixing it back after the fwg repair (a) S/F of diesel filters.-2 Nos, strainer & fuel gauge.-01 Set, filter cap & washer dowty.-1 Set (b) Cleaning the strainer suction part and refixing it back.-01 Job. 7. Dismantling the front and rear wheels from the JCB and opening the breaking mechanism from It and assembling it back properly with following repairs. (a) S/F of brake cylinder-4 Nos, kit brake pads for front wheels-02 Nos & kit brake pads for rear wheels-2 Nos. 8. Removing and opening the chassis centre mount and removing the rubber mounting from it and cleaning the space.
