Item Description: 1. Dismantling of the self armature of the veh and taken to the workshop and fixing it again after doing the following works :- (a) S/F of carbon bush - 02 Set, Solenoid coil - 01 Nos, metallic bush -02 Nos & spring carbon brush-04 Nos (b) Soldering etc necessary work needed-01 Job 2. Dismantling to the hydraulic pipes from the brake system and clutch system & fixing it again after replacing the following w/out parts:- (a) S/F of clutch cylinder upper - 01 Nos, clutch cylinder lower -01 Nos, hydraulic pipes -02 Nos & release bearing-01 Nos 3. Dismantling to the rear & front tyres from the veh and fixing it again after greasing with the company recommended grease grade II and replacing the following w/ out parts: - (a) S/F of oilk seals - 8 Nos, wheel bearing -04 No (Inner) & wheel bearing -04 No (Outer). (b) Complete washing of the wheel hub -04 Nos (c) S/F brake leather pads-04 Nos & wheel cylinder-o4 Nos. 4. Dismantling of the head from the veh and fixing it again after doing the following works and replacing the head gas kit 1 Nos of the veh. (a) S/F of head gaskit - 01 Nos, head valve - 01 Set, head sheets -08 Nos & packing kit -01 Nos (b) Welding, finishing, grinding and polishing of head so that to make proper in junction -01 Job 5. Opening of the tappet cover of the veh and fixing it again after replacing the following parts and tuning of the engine : (a) S/F tappet cover packing-01 Nos (b) free play setting-01 Job 6. Dismnatling the rear mud guard from the vehicle and removing the dent from lower body of the vehicle complete with painting it with the old existing colour and polishing it as orignal all complete and directed by Engr-In-Charge. -01 Job 7. servicing of vehical complete with greasing of all joints parts doors wheel hubs including polishing of desk bordnd all connected Items such as nut/ bolts etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
