Tender's Details

Complete operation, running, cleaning and maintenance of pump house and valves at various water supply installation ( 10 Nos. Pump houses) under ADEN/HQ/JBP for two year. A. Operation includes:- i) Running of pumps with the help of trained workers ( in three shift of eight hrs.) to provide uninterrupted water supply including dosing of chemicals like - Bleaching powder, Sodium hypo chloride, Lime, Ferric Alum etc as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The chemicals will be provided by the railway. " ii) Sweeping and cleaning of pump houses, valves, Open wells and out side surroundings. "B. Maintenance include:- i) Minor maintenance of pumps, machine greasing & gland replacement and tightening valves gland tightening & replacement if necessary, Foot valve washer replacement." ii) Work includes all full staï¬€ for 24 hrs. ensuring water supply throughout 24 hrs at pumps. The work includes all taxes levises of state and central govt. or other bodies, transportation, lead lift etc complete.
