Failing which, Auction participation shall be rejected. a) Duly filled, signed & stamped Annexure–B, b) GST Certificate c) Demand Draft of EMD d) Certificate from Pollution Control Board of State/Central Government/ MOEF as registered recycler of PVC Scrap is necessary for the bidders participating in the auction process for the above item. Copy of the certificate shall be uploaded along with the bid, otherwise offer will be rejected. 1. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour “Pay and Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant (Kota) payable at State Bank of India, Rawatbhata Branch” and copy of the same must be uploaded in GeM portal along with Annexure-B of NIT duly signed and stamped by the buyer on or before 13/12/2025 up to 15:00 hrs.Original Demand draft of EMD shall be dropped along with Annexure-B & PCB CERTIFICATE of NIT duly signed and stamped by the buyer in tender box kept at Pass Section Building, Guard House, CISF, Heavy Water Plant(Kota) via, Anushakti, Kota, Rajasthan-323303 in sealed envelope super-scribing boldly Auction Number so as to reach before due date and time. 2. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from ATC in any respect within the period of validity of the Auction 3.
