BOQ Item Description: Ceiling Hung Directional Sign SOQ item No 4 of tender document
Refer design drawing 2.1aS and 2.1aG
Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings technical specifications signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Sign face
Sign face shall be made in 8mm thick 040 .... duly approved by the Engineer in Charge.
Sign Frame
Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide Powder coated colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to recieve the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with 3M brand dual lock syatem in one side and 3M bothway tape from the other side.The panel should be made easily openable for maintainance.
Sign internal Structure
Providing and fixing Framewrok of Aluminium 25mmx 25mm x 1.3 hollow square sections. Shall be directly fixed to the sign frame.
Suspender
Providing and fixing Stainless steel 35 x 35mm x 2 Hollow sections assuming typical length of 1 metre mounted on slabs beams walls. All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be Stainless steel.
Lighting
All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram .... parts together.
Accessories Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles end connectors nut inserts screws rivets bolts washers nuts etc. complete as per drawing.
