Item Description: Overhaul complete Intering Stabiliser control system. Overhauling includes following sub unit. (a) 06 no. Vertical tank Level sensor with sensor securing arrangement to be overhauled. Calibrate same for Low/ Service/ High Level. Functional test to be carried out as per sounding of tanks. (b) 12 No. Switches fitted for monitoring of Air Pressure /Temperature within the tank system to be cleaned and carry out functional check with monitoring system. Pressure switch to be calibrated with ambient temperature within tank. (c) Overhaul 06 No. level indicating sensor fitted to monitor tank level in tank content monitoring system to be check for functional check with sounding data of tank as per specification for low/high level alarm. (d) Overhaul set of 04 No. each Pneumatic solenoid control valve (Port & stbd) control panel for control of Pneumatic pressure to tank. (e) Overhaul 02 No. Control panel fitted in Gear room and Bridge for starting/stopping of stabiliser and monitoring the status of system during operation. (f) Calibrate operating panel function wit control PLC for Auto operation of Stabiliser. (g) Carry out functional check of Roll sensor for indicating Roll and roll period. Arbitrary period of Roll for 10, 15, 20 and 30 Sec for check of pneumatic valve and stabilizer valve. (h) Carry out functional checks of system on completion of overhauling from Local/Bridge and monitor status in IPMS at ECR. Carry out HATs/SATs for optimum performance. Firm to undertake job in assossition with OEM/PAC firm Spares - CG supply
