Integrated of Sewage Treatment plant (STP) Capacity of 50 K.L.D.Installation and Commissioning at SGNR & SSA Railway station including operation and maintenance of the plant for 5 years on turnkey basis.
Supply, Unloading, Erection and Commissioning of Prefabricated Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) complete including foundation, from inlet point of STP to outlet point of STP, of 50 KLD (kilo liter per day) capacities of approved quality and design and of 2 years warranty, with flow meters at inlet and outlet. The treatment technology can be Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR), The design should be approved by the Central Pollution Control Board or any of the State Pollution Control Boards and the same should be submitted to the Railways. The treated sewage should have the physical and chemical properties mentioned in the list attached. The work will include all the Civil, Electrical and other works which are directly related to the STP (ie. between inlet point of STP to outlet point of STP) such as earth work excavation, plain cement concreting, construction of control panel room and other necessary buildings (if required), electrical works, as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. The contractor should submit the water test results of both raw sewage and treated discharge water after commissioning of the plant.
