a)Install and maintain, operate and providing radiological services- CT Scan 128 slice, MRI 3 Tesla & USG : Technical Specification of machine as given in Tender Document at relevant para. b)Manage all the human resources and other logistics. c)Install and maintain the required air conditioning in that area. d)Cost of water and electricity to be borne by service provider. e)Building with enough space to install machines will be provided by the railways however internal alteration/ modification/renovation to be done by the private party. f)Lock-in period will be up to 07 years & extendable up-to 10 years. g)Rates for railway patients will be as per current CGHS- Mumbai rates. h)For investigations not specified by CGHS, rates will 50% of the prevailing market rates for such tests. i)Services to railways patients should be given on priority basis. j)For outsiders (non-railway patients), private party can charge market rates for tests. k)Premium will be the deciding factor in selecting the bidder during tendering process. l)Compliance to all the statuary regulations& all the applicable laws of the land will be mandatory for the private partner . m)Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) - 30 Lakhs with the terms and conditions as mentioned in Tender Document
